Perfect Platform for Small Business or Freelance
I've been using Bonsai for a little over a year now. The platform is perfect for what I need as a small digital marketing company/freelance marketer. The contracts are so helpful, and the invoicing is easy and efficient. Having a section to keep track of income/expenses (that's not excel) has been a lifesaver. Highly recommend.

I love using Bonsai for my SME Admin!
I love using Bonsai although I must admit that I have yet to explore all of its functionality! There's SO much good stuff going on... Also, tbf, being mindful of keeping costs down some functions would require a change in subscription type/costs. That stuff is not always so easy to find out or transparent. Game Changer
I have used Bonsai for over two years to manage my freelance writing business. The time tracking, project proposal and contract forms, and invoicing tools have been a game changer. I no longer waste time creating things from scratch, manually entering my work time into a Google sheet, or searching for what to have in a proposal or contract. There are so many more useful tools in Bonsai and I look forward to using them as my business grows.

Can't imagine business without it!
I love having so many tools in the same place. They create fantastic contracts, I can adequately track my time for client invoices, and even send those invoices... all from the same place! They improve their features and keep their customers updated. Excellent customer service, too! It's everything that I've needed in a tool and I'm so happy I found them.
