I couldn't be happier with Bonsai
I couldn't be happier with Bonsai. I've used them since they were in beta, and they're everything I want in a CRM/Accounting platform. They have a clean UI and great features that make accounting a breeze.

Bonsai has a great user experience!
Bonsai has a great user experience! As a freelancer, there are way too many things to take care of at the same time, and Bonsai takes care of most of the administration processes so that I can focus on client work and business development.

It's well-suited for Filipino freelancers
I am an Online Business Manager / entrepreneur based in the Philippines and so far this works very well with my preferences. They have Philippine currency settings which some of the invoicing/CRM apps I researched doesn't have. For me, it's user-friendly given my current needs for my business which is very basic for now (invoicing and contracts). It's well-suited for Filipino freelancers. I look forward to more of their updates in this software.

A Must For Entrepreneurs and Freelancers
Bonsai has made my contract signing SO EASY. I used to send over a PDF and then wait weeks for my clients who would get confused and physically print the contracts out in order to sign them. Bonsai makes it so much easier for both me and my clients as they are guided through the process and can complete everything online. Contracts are now typically signed within a day and if not I can track if they've opened them and have auto reminders sent. Super easy :)

As a solo business owner
As a solo business owner, I've got ALOT to manage, client work, marketing, sales, and... Admin. Bonsai saves me so much time. I love being able to set recurring invoices, use templates contracts, collect client testimonials via forms, and make myself look like a pro. If you value your time at least $10 an hour. Even if it saves you 2 hours a month, it pays for itself.

Bonsai User for 1+ year and love it!
I’ve been using Bonsai for over a year and love it! It’s very straightforward and easy to set up and their customer service is great. I love that they take user feedback to continually add new features and improve the platform. I foresee being a user for many more years to come.

Best App, hands down
As a new freelancer I found Bonsai to be an exceptional tool. It helped me save time with their automation feature, saved me on taxes, educated me on best ways to pay taxes, helped me with contracts etc. The best part is that there is a good price point for every step of your freelancing journey. Best app, hands down

Bonsai saves me so much time in my business! Since I started using Bonsai I no longer waste hours on proposals, it helps me keep track of my finances and Im sure I get paid faster because of the automated invoices and late fees. Clients often compliment the platform and I always rave about it to them. Highly recommend
