Messy to streamlined

Bonsai has helped me take my design business from messy to streamlined and efficient and saves me hours of time every month. I used to send PDF invoices and wait for a check in the mail. And getting clients to print, sign and scan contracts was such a headache. Now, they can sign and pay with the click of a button. And I love that it's affordable.

What's amazing about Bonsai is how it makes freelancing so easy. All of the things you could worry about like contracting, invoicing, and even banking are all things Bonsai fixes in a simple, beautiful way. I love Bonsai. As a freelancer who also has a full-time job, it does everything that I need all in one place with a super simple and easy-to-use interface. I love how uncomplicated it is! I can easily add all of my clients, manage proposals, invoices, track my expenses, and more all in one place. I've tried other tools, but I found their customizations to be overly complicated and it took too long just to set up basic things. Bonsai is absolutely the best choice!

I mainly use Bonsai for creating contracts

I'm an animator and use Bonsai mainly for creating contracts between me and my clients. The process for creating and editing contracts is very well thought out and Bonsai also makes getting my contracts signed a breeze. I also appreciate that there is a dual mode so I can create contracts for my clients but can also create contracts between myself and other designers who I might pull in to work on the same project – clever stuff! I never used to bother with contracts but it's such a relief ...
