Nothing but love for Bonsai
I've been using Bonsai for a couple of years now and I don't know what I would do without this tool. They simplify the admin side of my business with a support staff that is always there when needed. My favorite features are their contracts, forms, time tracking, and Bonsai Tax. Their new scheduling feature could use some work. While it has the potential to replace Calendly, it doesn't show my unavailability of existing meetings so you run the risk of double booking.

Bonsai Forever!
I love the fact that Bonsai breaks down all of your federal and state taxes. It's so helpful to have for keeping track of your daily expenses and I really enjoy the ease of use of this software. I wish I discovered it a few years ago. Maybe I would not have owed the IRS nearly $5000. I recommend purchasing this program to anyone that is self-employed and doesn't like keeping up with their taxes. I think it's better than Quickbooks Self Employed.

As a new free lancer
As a new free lancer, and not a native from the US where I work, Bonsai comes as a lifesaver. I depend on it entirely for proposals, contracts, invoices and it helps me focus on the core of my work, not the admin! Love that the product keeps getting richer too.

A growing service, but already a lifesaver.
It's definitely a growing service with new features being added all the time. However, I haven't found anything like it. I have tax, expenses, invoicing, proposals, and so much more all in one place. Lifesaver.

I love Bonsai's contracts feature
I love Bonsai's contracts feature. It is so easy to use, has a plethora of contracts to start with that fit my business' industry and needs and makes it very easy to send them to clients. This has been very valuable to my business.

Bonsai makes business admin easy
Bonsai makes business admin easy - everything you need to create a contract, send invoices & receive payment in one place. I particularly like how it makes it easy for overseas clients to pay with card via Stripe (though the 7 day processing period in the UK isn't ideal!)
