I love this software and the layout
I love this software and the layout. The company seems to update to our needs quite quickly, like with the newest scheduling feature. I've found the contracts and payments to be very smooth with my clients, and I look forward to using any future updates that come out!

User-friendly and responsive
The site is so user-friendly but if there’s an issue they’re always super responsive. Like when my account kicked me out during a timer session, someone solved the issue for me within the day.

Every interaction I have had with…
Every interaction I have had with Bonsai has been pleasant. The customer service team is really helpful. Even when there isn't an answer to a problem I have (because the answer doesn't exist yet) their service team seems to constantly be reiterating and updating the site to include more of what we all are wanting. Bonsai made my business workflow so much easier. I can't imagine operating anymore without it.

The customer representative was responsive and helped explain the need for addition authentication and also explained the new feature was just released and still being worked out.

Love Bonsai - A Small Business Must
Love Bonsai, I've been with them for a few years now - I manage all my invoices and contracts through it and its a breeze, I don't ever need to follow up on past due invoices, Bonsai is there to make things seamless for this small business!
