"Perfect for a Pandemic"
What do you like best about BoardDocs? I like the lack of paper. I have gone from having between 500-800 pieces of paper for every board packet, prior to BoardDocs, to now only having 10-20 pieces of paper in my board packets, I only keep pages that need a signature. Everything else is kept in my electronic file.

What do you like best about BoardDocs? I love the ease of submission of items and the workflow process ensures that everyone that needs to see and approve the item does. Publishing the agenda is extremely easy.

What do you like best about BoardDocs? BoardDocs is a very easy platform to use and allows us to be transparent with the public. It is a quick venue for sending updates and information out to our Board and have it be readily accessible, in real time, to the public as well. What do you like best about BoardDocs? Keeps our meeting agenda submittal process organized, their search feature is helpful when looking for past agenda items and having our policy manual in Board Docs is an added convenience for staff, and community members.
