What do you like best about BoardDocs? BoardDocs is extremely user friendly and easy to learn. They having amazing customer service and there is always someone to help, if you need it. Meeting agendas are very easy to create and duplicate, such a time saver.

What do you like best about BoardDocs? Board Docs is a clean, simple program that is easy to use for our school board, as well as for myself. I can duplicate agenda items from previous agendas into drafts. I can arrange sensitive information in different levels. It is easy to change settings.

What do you like best about BoardDocs? Love having all our board documents in one location. The ability to search through all documents and policies is a blessing. I also like that you can search other Board Docs users agenda items to get help on wording, when you get stuck. :) We love the online voting feature, makes generating minutes easy.

What do you like best about BoardDocs? That the work does not fall on me. Each department is responsible for uploading the board agenda items on BoardDocs. The search function is great. You can find items easily. I don't stress out like before.

What do you like best about BoardDocs? BoardDocs allows for transparency, elimination of paper waste and a great tool for a productive paperless Board meeting. Since using BoardDocs our Board meetings are conducted in a timely manner, allowing the community to participate and obtain detailed information and actions taken during the meeting.

"Easy to use and saves time."
What do you like best about BoardDocs? I am old enough to remember the old days of putting together and mailing or hand delivering packets to school board members before every meeting. I love that you can post all of the documentation on Board Docs and that there are three different levels (we have our set up for Public, Admin. and BOE members and only BOE members).
