PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We use Orion as our portfolio management software and it sure works well with BluePay. It is an added assurance to our customers that they transact with us securely because they will be the ones entering their billing information and our customer support will not be able to see them. Amazing service, always responds

Alex has been amazing we have been around for 70 years never have we had to talk to the Gateway until recently but when an emergency comes up like being hacked for $540 million it was very refreshing to have Alex right there with us giving us a list of tools And tightening security down. Also Alex was able to work with NMI and get the Auth fees back for us on 167,000 attempted fraudulent transactions when other people on the other side have turned their back to us.Highly recommend his service!

What do you like best? 24/7 in-house customer support was super helpful when I had issues. Low-volume merchants should look at other options. High-volume merchants will like the pricing and support. Bluepay has opened the door for online fundraising

What do you like best? I like using bluepay as an online payment processor that syncs with CRMs my business uses easily. What do you dislike? Currently, the fee for transaction is slightly higher than the default CRM processor. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As a nonprofit, bluepay allows us to have an online platform for peer to peer fundraising and other online fundraising opportunity.

Easy to use!

What do you like best? I really enjoy how how simple this is and how life is so much easier with Blue Pay What do you dislike? I like this so much that there is not much I do not like except that it delays at times. Not a big issue though.
