What do you like best about BlueFolder? Ease of use made employee onboarding very simple and most find the interface intuitive. The API was a huge factor in choosing to go with BlueFolder. What do you like best about BlueFolder? The platform was easy to learn for everyone- including office staff and Field Technicians. What do you dislike about BlueFolder? We had some minor difficulties getting our customer and billing data set up correctly. This was due to keeping a process that is antiquated within our system- but required a good bit of hand typing.
