"Very happy"

What do you like best about BlueFolder? Calendar and ticket scheduling are ideal for the service industry. What do you dislike about BlueFolder? difficulty in getting to a signature page for service tickets in the mobile app. Would rather not involve billing. Recommendations to others considering BlueFolder: Perfect for the service industry. Mobile workers too. What problems is BlueFolder solving and how is that benefiting you? Scheduling is easy. "Effective work order management with a great API"

What do you like best about BlueFolder? Ease of use made employee onboarding very simple and most find the interface intuitive. The API was a huge factor in choosing to go with BlueFolder. We have integrated it with our own proprietary business management software and fully automated billing via a custom QBO connector. What do you dislike about BlueFolder? What do you like best about BlueFolder? I like all of the functionality that we can do with it. Every day we find more uses for it. What do you dislike about BlueFolder? Sometimes I wish support could be faster. What problems is BlueFolder solving and how is that benefiting you? "We use Blue Folder extensively for our field service team. It is easy to configure and use."

What do you like best about BlueFolder? It has really good built-in reports that I use to make sure tickets and work orders are completed and follow standard procedures. What do you dislike about BlueFolder? I would like to see more robust asset tracking. What problems is BlueFolder solving and how is that benefiting you? Bluefolder helps us organize our work.

"Invaluable work solution for our business"

What do you like best about BlueFolder? Keep track of all work and time, which is then available for clients to review on the cloud. What do you dislike about BlueFolder? We haven't encountered any issues so far. What problems is BlueFolder solving and how is that benefiting you? Eliminated paper work and printing by keeping all work orders online.

What do you like best about BlueFolder? Its versatility. We were able to design custom forms that applied to all of our users. API was good as I was able to pull all of the data I needed. What do you dislike about BlueFolder? Some of the screens are overly complicated. What problems is BlueFolder solving and how is that benefiting you? Customer issues are being solved quicker because of the extra amount of info that we can gather on the forms. Customers and Mangers are happier because of it.
