"Stay focused on what's really important"

What do you like best about Bloomerang? With the built in defaults, Bloomerang is very helpful in keeping me focused on what is truly important with our contributors and constituents, which have resulted in higher engagement rates, which is one of our main goals. The support team is very responsive with myself and my team. Implementation is also very easy. They held our hand through the entire data import/account set up stage. "Powerful platform that's easy to use!"

What do you like best about Bloomerang? I love the layout of households so I can always get a full picture of a couple's giving, whether they give as individuals, through their employer or through a family foundation.. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? There are a few restrictions on the reporting end that I believe they are working on. (Want to see emails on giving reports!) What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? Love the daily reports that land in my inbox ...

What do you like best about Bloomerang? Great customer service; platform is user friendly and always improving. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Sometimes wish we could alter appearance of donation page but that's strictly coming from a designer view. The page works excellent - no complaints in its success. What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? Allows us to keep everything better organized and integrate with other platforms such as Quickbooms.
