What do you like best about Bloomerang? It's easy to create reports, and the interface is user-friendly. The import feature is great, it's easy to import transactions, constituents, interactions, etc. My favorite feature is the chat help - it makes it so quick to get an answer to something. What do you like best about Bloomerang? As a deplorable use of technology, even I understood how to use the database. I find the online support videos and support team to be very responsive and understandable. I also feel we get a great deal more than what we pay each quarter. You can even talk to a live person! What do you like best about Bloomerang? Once you put the work in so much info is at your fingertips. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? The set up process was certainly tedious but well worth it. The price is a little steep. What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking our donations and finding some lost donors. We also have had some success with some targeted email campaigns.

Downloading the email acknowledgement pdf file as one file hinders my workflow. After downloading the file, I need to separate the files in order to send and upload them to emails.
