"Good Experience with Bloomerang"

What do you like best about Bloomerang? Love the chat support. System is easy to use without a lot of courses required. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Mailing service is not as advanced or intuitive as Mailchimp or other. Forms are not easily customizable to look good. What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? Managing donor relationship. Creating a funnel and monthly reporting to help identify people we want to touch base with regularly.

What do you like best about Bloomerang? Reporting features are friendly to use, although highly detailed reports may be a little more complex - as with any system. Some features require chat assistance, but the customer service team is excellent to work with and incredibly knowledgeable. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? What do you like best about Bloomerang? The ease of data entry, conformable report forms and dashboard. They also make regular updates, provide new add-ons and have robust support. What do you like best about Bloomerang? I like the analytics it provides. Reports are pretty user-friendly. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? There are times I feel like it should do things that I cannot figure out. Customer service prefers online chat. I prefer phone conversations. What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? We needed a cloud-based program to account for our donations and keep donor notes. This program does an excellent job of fulfilling these needs.

"Great Donor Software"

What do you like best about Bloomerang? I love being able to send mass emails using the templates provided. I am able to send updates to donors, thank you letters, and tax receipts. I also enjoy the reports I am able to use for ongoing monitoring. It helps me track and use to shape our donor stewardship plan. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? I would love to have an option for online auction software that integrates with this software. It would make things easier when doing our events. ...

What do you like best about Bloomerang? I love its ease of use- we have used other databases in the past, and they don't hold a candle to the accessibility and features that Bloomerang offers. I love how the interface looks and is so user-friendly and they are constantly working to make improvements to the software that actually work for our organization.
