"Switched to Boomerang - best decision ever"

What do you like best about Bloomerang? Very easy to use, great reporting features, good customer service. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? It would be helpful to have a more customizeable dashboard. What problems is Bloomerang solving and how is that benefiting you? I love the ability to import interactions, it makes tracking donor contacts so easy.

What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang is easy to use! It offers information about donors' level of engagement, helpful reminders, and a plethora of easy-to-find answers for using this tool. They also provide high-quality development training. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? We want the ability to send a newsletter or email template to only one person. Otherwise, we have no problems or requested improvements! "Bloomerang has made a huge difference in how we capture, report and use donor data."

What do you like best about Bloomerang? The ease of creating constituents and downloading reports. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? The email feature could be a little easier to use, but now you are integrating with MailChimp, it might be easier. Bloomerang can only interact with Quickbooks Online and we use Quickbooks Cloud. Sure wish we could use it in the cloud or Enterprise. We are planning on taking payments via Bloomerang soon so integration with our Quickbooks would be so ...

What do you like best about Bloomerang? I like the intuitive nature of the user dashboard. I have used other crm databases in the past that were set up very funkily and in ways that didn't necessarily make sense for users of the product. Bloomerang works great, though, and it's easy to find your way around through all of the very powerful features. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? I haven't liked that limitations of the custom online donor forms. Your can set up a variety of giving ...

"Bloomerang provides an easy to use, comprehensive platform for managing donations & stewardship."

What do you like best about Bloomerang? The ability to email donors right from the system, and bcc to the file from my regular email. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? I would love it more if we could pay for donors, not for all constituents. I've moved all non-donors to the MailChimp integration in order to stay under our license count and save money.
