"Easy to use and intuitive CRM!"
What do you like best about Bloomerang? As far as CRMs are concerned, Bloomerang is pretty intuitive. I was able to set up my database and begin adding constituents quickly. Overall, it is easy to navigate. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? The help desk is friendly, but you have to pay extra to speak to someone on the phone. What do you like best about Bloomerang? The Staff at Bloomerang go out of their way to make sure their customers are getting the most of their subscription to Bloomerang! "Intuitive CRM with Stellar Live Support"
What do you like best about Bloomerang? It's more intuitive than other platforms, and thus easier to train staff. There's a much shorter learning curve on reporting than with Salesforce. The live customer support is amazing. I'm able to troubleshoot live and follow through with projects instead of having to wait hours or days for help. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang is the most comprehensive and user friendly platform I have ever used. I was a Blackbaud user and was consistently frustrated, this has changed everything for the better. What do you dislike about Bloomerang? What do you like best about Bloomerang? Simple to use interface. Powerful capabilities. Stored and maintained on Bloomerang servers. What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang allows me to save time by automating so many tasks. It is super customizable, flexible, and efficient. Help is always available, and the help chat feature has gotten me through many times when I've been stuck. They offer online courses regularly, many of which count for credit hours toward the CFRE. What do you like best about Bloomerang? Bloomerang provides a thorough system for managing donors and donations. It easily integrates with our website and Twitter. What do you like best about Bloomerang? Quick response from support folks, user friendly. The free account as we were starting up was very attractive! Links easily with Excel What do you dislike about Bloomerang? Trying to determine what would be our next step in growing our use without excessive cost.
