Great customer service & Support
customer service is great. I always get an instant response by phone or email returned in under 24 hours. We've tried other companies in the past. this was a BIG deal for our agency when we were looking for an app-building software.

Overall good, but communication could be better...
Pros:Product is simple to use and manageSupport are quick to respond and technically competentCons:Communication can be woeful sometimes. I have continually discovered serious changes to the service only as I asked. Customer service are reactive, not proactive. The native modules are basic and could do with some more features
