What do you like best? I love that I can customize the shortlinks themselves. With other programs, the random sequence of letters and numbers makes it hard for non-tech-friendly people to put the link into their phone. When I have to distribute posters to faculty members who won't scan a QR code, it's important that the links says something typable.

"Great experience even better than what Google URL Shortner used to offer"
What do you like best about Bitly? It has a lot more features than Google URL Shortner used to have, I love the fact that you don't need to hay a payed account to modify (partially) your Shortened links. Of course you have to pay if you want a specific domain to be shortned, but with the free tools you can do a lot, and also you can measure all the links. So for me is wonderful.
