What do you like best about Bitly? Bitly is one of the best free saas tools I have used to generate our QR codes & shorten URLs. The platform has a very easy and reliable user interface even for first time users. The tool also helps you track engagement rates like clicks which is very helpful.

Scam Scam Scam. Read the other reviews. This is terrible. Don’t do it, trust me. I’m sure there will be lawsuits against this companies unethical tactics. Reprinting my business cards. Don’t give this company your money. I’m never recommending Bitly.

Their customer support is garbage
Their customer support is garbage. Marking issues as resolved even though my request was not resolved. The bot in the chat section is extremely annoying bombarding you with multiple messages at a time. They make it impossible to actually communicate with someone and once you do, they are completely useless and put no effort into even trying to understand the issue you have. Extremely pricey to not even care about the customer experience.

What do you like best about Bitly? Bitly was the first choice always to make URL shorter. It supports custom URLs also. UI is very easy and useful. It is fast service and has high SLA

AVOID Bitly AT ALL COSTS
Would give 0 Stars if possible. Absolute rubbish that has invaded my phone and prevents legitimate APPs from connecting to the appropriate sites. Have tried to get Bitly support to remove block but no help. Just need to get rid of Bitly. DO NOT INSTALL, AVOID AT ALL COSTS AS ABSOLUTE RUBBISH.

This is a scam! You cannot cancel! They refuse to do refunds. I have asked to cancel multiple times and instead get snarky emails back from Patrick. Save yourself some time and money. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE
