What do you like best about Bitly? bit.ly is great for basic tracking of link clicks, nothing complicated, just simple. Wish you could easily customize the links.

What do you like best about Bitly? I am somewhat a novice when it comes to technology. Unfortunately for me bitly really doesn't have any customer service. The entire time I paid for my subscription it was pretty much impossible to use and impossible to have help with. Unless you are adept at using this technology I would not recommend it.

"Great Service--Essential For Any Digital Brand Marketer"
What do you like best about Bitly? The platform is very initiative to navigate with great analytics and features. I've used bit.ly for 5+ years and cannot see a time in the future where I will not need this service in my career as a digital marketer. Implementation was easy, with great support from representatives at bit.ly helping every step of the way.
