Horrible customer service unless you pay $6000/year

I paid for the basic package, at several hundred a year. I thought that would allow me to get in contact with some kind of support. there is no phone number to call. You are stuck using a messaging system, to which it took them 6 days to respond to. The user interface was not the easiest or most intuitive to use. So I made a few mistakes, which cost me my limited redirects (1 a month). I only needed the service to get 2 custom links. To which I am now stuck. The custom links I am currently ...

What do you like best about Bitly? You can create as many trackable links as you need. Every time you create a new link you title it so it is easy to search for in the future. Very user friendly. The free version lets me do everything I need to.
