What do you like best about Bitly? Shortening links, saving all shortened URLs in one place, easy of using copy and paste throughout the product. We text these links to our customers so the shortened size is great.

What do you like best about Bitly? I started independently tracking my url click-through traffic because I didn't trust Facebook. Turns out I was right and Facebook is WAY OVERESTIMATING link clicks from my ads. It is important to me as a marketing manager to see our ad budget's effectiveness. I exclusively use bitly links to track all traffic sources for each product.

At the surface level, it offers clean simplicity for casual users: link creation, customization, and easily accessed stats about clicks. The process is very easy to understand for entry-level users who are new to digital marketing.
