CHARGED UNKNOWINGLY !
I am charged unknowingly and when I tried to get in touch there is no response at all. I can only leave a message with the chat bot and never got a response let alone solve my problem.

massive SCAM
massive scam! no cancel button anywhere, confusing billing, its all meant to tie you in for life, once subscribed there is no way to get out, beware!!!!

Worst marketing product I used this year
I really don't understand how their service got really bad out of a sudden. I had been using Bitly free for one year and was quite happy about it. I decided to upgrade with the expectation of getting better analytics for my links. What a regret! There is literally no point in upgrading. The only benefit I can see was getting a custom domain for my links. The tagging system is horrible and you can't create several short links to the same destination URL unless you use UTMs (to me, this makes ...

What do you like best about Bitly? I like the most about Bit.ly that you can create short URLs with ease. For my organization, I could make 50 URLS a month which is an enormous amount, especially for small organizations. It also has two-factor-authentication, which I also STRONGLY like because it is helpful for organizations.

They took what money I had left for…
They took what money I had left for Christmas I'm left with nothing for my kids and grandkids. They would call me nonstop and b4 I could answer my phone they would already be on my phone idk how they would already be on my phone but they were. I was harrased constantly and they tricked me into opening my bank account and took what money I had. What do you like best about Bitly? Super quick onboarding. You can onboard yourself in less than a min Report of activities and traction on link. Super amazing and only reason to go ahead with bitly

Horrible Company
Last year their website was different. Everything pointed to the price being monthly, yet they chatged me yearly. In shock i instantly cancelled it. This year they’re straight up bullying me into paying again and keep trying to charge my card. Horrible company.

What do you like best about Bitly? So quick and easy to shorten the link. The analytics are most useful. The easy sharing of links on social media. Very easy to give the title and shorten the link.

They charged one more month of…
They charged one more month of subscription, on next day, after I cancelled the subscription. Technical support just said: "I am unable to offer a refund for the current billing period. As you have already downgraded, you will not receive any further charges and you will have access to the upgraded plan until your initial sign-up period is over. At that point, you can still use the free Bitly product!" My opinion: they are thieves
