"Convenient"

What do you like best about Birdeye? I love that everything is in one place. I also love that most reviews get an auto-response! What do you dislike about Birdeye? Sometimes it's overwhelming with the amount of reviews that come through, but that just shows that Birdeye works more than anything. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It solved the very few reviews we were receving. We now receive thousands and our score has increased tremendously.

I do not dislike anything. I would like to see a report on the Google reviews that are not employee generated. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Ease of obtaining reviews and accumulating the data.

The experience I have had with Birdeye so far through our journey has been amazing. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Cooper and he has been incredible. He is extremely supportive, super helpful, eager to help and always coming up with extra 'little ideas' or 'add ons' to help with the campaigns.
