"Great Company with Attentive Support"

What do you like best about Birdeye? How quickly the support staff communicates and resolves tickets. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I have not seen anything that I dislike at this point. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? The benefits are that the entire staff listens and works with us to better the product. It is an extremely easy setup process and has a very clean interface.

Game-changer

PROS: I like that we're able to receive an increase in engagement from our patients, including reviews because this raises our reputation and SEO rankings. CONS: I really can't think of anything to dislike, because any issues we had in the past, their support team was sure to be on the case to come up with solutions quickly.

Excellent team

PROS: I like that BirdEye's UI is simple and easy. Their reports more so. Across our more than 50 locations and more than a hundred employees, we were able to perform a service rollout seamlessly. BirdEye also has an excellent team that is consistent in replying quickly and being able to resolve issues. "Time Saver!"

What do you like best about Birdeye? It's an all-in-one platform that we can easily read and respond to online reviews. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I wish there was an instant notification when we receive a review. It takes about 2 days to come thru email but I have made it a habit to check daily. I like to respond quickly to reviews, good or bad. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Customer service complaints, wait times, expectations not met.

"User friendly App"

What do you like best about Birdeye? I find Birdeye very user friendly. When a review is submitted, I'm sent an alert. With the app I can respond and close the review with a couple of clicks. What do you dislike about Birdeye? This survey is too long and now I have to keep entering things to get past this question. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: none What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm able to address the concerns of out patients with Birdeye.
