"Dental Office Front-Staff Review"
What do you like best about Birdeye? I love that any of my unanswered calls receive automated texts to initiate a conversation with one of my remote care coordinators! Amazing. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I know I can tweak it, but default too many emails! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Unanswered calls are never missed, voicemail is never cluttered and having is visual is great, things that take several minutes on phone happen quick over text

What do you like best about Birdeye? I find the support team very helpful. They are always quick to respond. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I can't think of anything that I dislike. Birdeye works for our needs. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? The main benefit we receive it the one on one patient interaction after they leave our office.
