They suck
They suck. They take the money from the sender and sit on it while they wait for your DNA results and your first child. imagine what the interest earned on funds held while they have the recieving entity doing acrobats to recieve their funds. much faster to use snail mail and checks

This is a really great tool for AP
This is a really great tool for AP. There are a few bugs or issues that it has. It's easy to have duplicate invoices and it sometimes messes up on the autofill. Manual is best when inputting anything. Definitely needs some things worked out in it to make it better but over all it is helpful.

This company is a fraud
This company is a fraud. Zero help online and less than zero help on phone. Wife called after three days trying to get our account fixed and the person who answered the phone was SNORING!! She had to wake her up!!! She refused to give her name and refused to help with the account. We are unable to pay bills because of a bill.com screw-up and there isn't a person who will answer the phone and help. They keep redirecting us to the website FAQs. DO NOT GO WITH BILL.COM IF YOU ARE A SMALL ...
