bill.com has been holding $15,000 of mine and claimed to have needing verification of my bank account which was assessed a week and a half ago and still there has been no payment and you can’t get a hold of anyone we try talking to advocate and they keep going in circles this company is the worst company to ever do business with as far as payments please stay away from Bill.com

I have been trying to get training set…

I have been trying to get training set up for our sister company for weeks. This is not how you do business. Your system is not intuitive. Customer need help to navigate. Your video are not great. Call back your customers.

Lovely lunch with friend

I went for lunch with my friend in Bills, Nottingham. Becky B served us and she was really friendly. Couldn't have been more helpful. I can't wait to go back- the service sold it for me!

Horrible company and subsidiaries

Been doing business with them for a few years and all of a sudden they terminated my small IT consulting account without notice or explanation. They took my yearly service fee and refuse to give any back even though their billing policy says if they terminate, they refund. They refuse to give me access to any information or even answer any questions. The last email I got from them was they were transferring funds. Support is horrible, they only offer chat and it gets you no where. Recommend ...

They suck

They suck. They take the money from the sender and sit on it while they wait for your DNA results and your first child. imagine what the interest earned on funds held while they have the recieving entity doing acrobats to recieve their funds. much faster to use snail mail and checks
