Bill.com still needs a lot of improvements. They should employ some real accountants to guide them while building the software

Lack integration with other systems…
It does the basic well but... lack integration with other systems (ie. inventory systems), does not allow the payee to choose method of payment.

Overall good experience
Bill.com is good AP software. Pros - 1. they are excellent in Payment services, which is the reason it is highly recommendable. 2. Sync function to accounting software - this is the second reason why you should opt for Bill.com. They sync with many but with QBO they work best. 3. Document library - you can save a lot of documents review them and arrange them by folder by vendor. 4. audit trail - this is also helpful during accounting review. 5. Overall a good product
Overall a good product. They are aggressively doing updates right now to make a better experience, and I appreciate them investing into this area. I also do like the feature "Pay Me Now" and I can get paid early if I choose to.

I needed to add a paycheck to Payroll History…
I needed to add a paycheck in Payroll History. I looked to the community and did not have access like it stated, so I put a callback in. The associate was very knowledgeable, knew what they were doing, never a hiccup in completing what I needed. That said, I won't know the end result until they download what we did. However, the experience was very positive!

Transformed a paper process to virtual one
Bill has streamlined processing of our AP and expense reports by taking a paper intensive physical process and transforming it to a virtual process enabled by an easy to use application. Approvers no longer need to go through stacks of paper every week.
