What do you like best about BigTime? Integration with Quickbooks was incredibly easy and helpful. As a professional services company, we had trouble with finding a software platform that would be flexible when we had a 2-hour service call or a 3-month project that we billed in increments. Time entered by our employees goes directly into the system and is ready to be picked up by an invoice. Very easy to understand. Love it!

"Very flexible product with great customer support"
What do you like best about BigTime? We have implemented BT to manage our projects and field staff and have been extremely happy with how it has met our needs and also integrates with Quickbooks to move all of our invoicing and payables information into our accounting system. We recently had an issue with the connection to Quickbooks and the support staff at BT was very quick to address the problem which ended up being on the QB end.

What do you like best? I love the fact that it integrates with Salesforce. We take the proposal to project management process all the way through by giving our employees the ability to log hours and tag them to individual projects.

What do you like best about BigTime? The processes of the sales team (Al Estacion) and onboarding team (Jeff Polina) were great and super helpful. They understood exactly what my firm needs were and were able to smoothly streamline the transition from my current processes to BigTime.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The app interface is user-friendly and navigable and is made for easy tracking, as you can compartmentalize your project into smaller components for more details. The app also gives relevant information on how you can better segment your program.
