A good investment; a helpful app, & a helpful staff
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Being a first-time user of the app, I am thankful for the patience of their chat team for walking me through. I highly praise them for their proactive approach, pushing a step further by helping me how BigTime can accommodate my operations effectively.

What do you like best? The chat feature has proven to be a tremendous asset to me. Lina Z is super helpful with all things. I think I've used this feature so much I have gone through all their associates twice. Everyone is very nice regardless of my level of questioning/clarification needed.
