What do you like best about BigTime? I've tried many online project management solutions over the years and BT handles just about every need for our current process flow. There are no silver bullet solutions, just packages that fit best for a particular process/business. BT fits our need best.

The customer support team is very responsive and helpful when they can be. The webinars (recorded and live) and the knowledge base is also so helpful. What do you like best about BigTime? Easy time entry and expense tracking. Ability to create phases or task specific allocations to jobsites. Invoicing and syncing is pretty simple. Ability to run various reports for specific and/or multiple jobsites, expense reports and staff timesheets. Easy to reference reported information and review billings.
