What do you like best? Still learning all of the functionality but I'm really pleased so far with how customizable the system is, from reports to company lexicon to invoices. The customer support team is very responsive and helpful when they can be. The webinars (recorded and live) and the knowledge base is also so helpful. I just attended a webinar with Brannon and Chris, which was helpful but I found that I had actually been able to figure out 85% of what they covered via reading articles ...

"Easy to track job status and profitability without additional effort using other software"
What do you like best about BigTime? Our project managers can now review their project profitability in real time without asking administrative staff to run reports manually using other software. Now, expenses and hours spent on a project are directly easily visible up to the same day.

What do you like best about BigTime? We've been using Bigtime for 6 months now and no complaints. Anytime I have a question on something I can live chat them and Kwame is always there to help! It's easy to use and very customizable

"Big Time works well for our crew to track time and expenses related to a jobsite."
What do you like best about BigTime? Easy time entry and expense tracking. Ability to create phases or task specific allocations to jobsites. Invoicing and syncing is pretty simple. Ability to run various reports for specific and/or multiple jobsites, expense reports and staff timesheets. Easy to reference reported information and review billings.
