What do you like best about BigTime? What I like best concerning the support received by Jeff Pollina. Jeff is very knowledgeable of Big Times features, capabilities and setup processes. Jeff is quick to respond. He has patience's while assisting me during the setup and training phases. He continues to support with writing and creating reports.

The training personnel is incredibly amazing!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? BigTime is staffed with dependable trainers who are eager in helping us understand the software better. They are equipped with exceptional knowledge and so hands-on. They are more than ready to answer all our concerns regarding the proper use of the software.
