"Very Pleased"

What do you like best about BigTime? Bigtime is simple to use and has a mobile app that is fantastic for expenses/receipts, web training is done weekly and a recent reporting training session by Ben was very insightful.

"My experience with BigTime has been very easy."

What do you like best about BigTime? BigTime is very user friendly and straight forward. Their zendesk help service was quick and helpful. I have used many different timekeeping systems and this is by far the best and easiest to work with. The help chat is a great addition also.

"Excellent software and support"

What do you like best about BigTime? Works nicely with QuickBooks and properly integrates with QuickBooks payroll for job costing. I rarely have any issues, but when I do, a quick chat with support and my issue is resolved quickly, first time, every time.

"Easy to use with great reporting capabilities"

What do you like best about BigTime? Multiple tutorials and quick response time via chat and email. Easy to create custom reports. I have 4 payroll reports I use on a regular basis to gather time and expenses which I then upload into our HRIS. Invoice templates are customizable and easy to adjust to client's needs.

"BigTime is an employee user-friendly software with enough complexity for our not so simple business"

What do you like best about BigTime? The support. Our company is a military sub contractor with lots of DCAA compliance rules. Finding software that dealt with "time" as the primary source of revenue that wasn't just for accounting and law firms and complied with the DCAA rules has been difficult. Setting it up has taken quite a bit of effort but the support team has been there to answer questions and assist us. They did not "disappear after the sale"!
