What do you like best about BigTime? The best part of big time is the clean look of the system and how user friendly it is. There are multiple functions of this system to help achieve what your company needs. The reporting function is a really nice feature that allows you to customize reports to your company's need. Big Time is a very user friendly…
Big Time is a very user friendly system. It has many ways to customize fields to meet your companies needs. There are some features that affect my company directly and that is why I gave it a 4 star rating, but there are work rounds to get what we need done. Representatives and support at Big Time are good with responding and communicating with you. Very clean system that is easy to follow and work with. Reporting options are very good and easy to use. Bigtime is great for time keeping/expenses
Bigtime is great for time keeping and invoices for hourly based projects. 7 person consulting shop and this is perfect. I've worked at large organizations as well and this would be great for them too. Recent training session from Ben on reporting was very helpful to learn the power of reporting capabilities. Easy to use, mobile app is great for receipts.
