What do you like best about BigTime? Ryan was professional and friendly. I am pretty new to the Big Time software and he assisted me through many questions. He demonstrated the process and allowed me to do the same as he observed through screen share to ensure I understood and was correctly performing the task.

Customer service chat is reliable and…

Customer service chat is reliable and easy to use. A response is usually within minutes and if they need more time to work on the issue a call may be scheduled. Availability of calls tend to be limited but usually help resolve the issue rather quickly.

Best thing my company ever did

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Prior to BigTime, my organization used a hodgepodge of systems to track time, track expenses, and invoices. Having all three of those in one spot has saved us 40+ man-hours a month. The customer service is also fantastic. Our implementation specialist, Neil is very easy to work with and really knows his stuff.

What do you like best about BigTime? I have been most impressed with the customer service. Working with Neil, our implementation specialist, has been a fantastic experience. Neil is very personable and knowleagable. Bringing time tracking, project management, and invoicing together into one system. I also love how the app allows you to customize everything!
