Integration with QB and Ease of use
While the implementation with Neil was a little bumpy, we got it done. Once it's setup, it's intuitive to use and makes invoicing quick and easy. We are very excited about the integration with Quickbooks.

Enhancing Project Management w/ BigTime
BigTime has significantly improved our company's ability to accurately track time, analyze employee utilization, streamline invoicing process and more. We are early on in our implementation / roll-out of BigTime and we have been incredible impressed with the software thusfar. Integration with Quickbooks Desktop was paramount to proper implementation for us.

What do you like best about BigTime? My company has been using BigTime since we started 9 years ago. As the we've grown and our needs have expanded, we've been very happy that BigTime continues to listen to requests and try to implement them in future updates. Al, our original account executive, is always very responsive when reaching out to him and Dave on their sales team is not aggressive, which I appreciate. What do you like best about BigTime? It helps the organization monitor our expenses per project. It is also user-friendly and just needs a little studying to be able to understand how it works.

"Great system to work with and it syncs with QuickBooks online pretty well"
What do you like best about BigTime? It is easy to create customized reports. I can see the time entries in real-time, review and approve them. The client invoicing is a nice feature and I like that you can post it to Quickbooks online, all payments either if they come from QBO or if you post them in Big Time after you synch both systems, all details are recorded. The customer service is fast and friendly and they are always happy to help via chat or phone.
