"I was hesitant about using Live Chat for my support questions, but it worked out"
What do you like best about BigTime? The Live Chat was actually helpful! I typically like dealing with support for my software over the phone. But Brittany was patient and answered all of my many questions! Walked me through certain things and was able to get me to understand her answers clearly. I do like that Lacerte can talk to Big Time. I love that for our reference when we get an issue resolved or we get something clarified; we can request that the chat transcript be sent to us. And we ...

great tool to save time
PROS: It has an excellent online support team, it allows us to issue different types of invoices, it has functionalities to be able to make online payments and it has a large number of banks and payment methods, great capacity for generating reports, it provides simple processes for presenting expenses.

What do you like best about BigTime? The Support and ease of reaching a representative either by chat of via phone. I worked with Brittany Urrutia today, she was extremely helpful in getting me the answers I needed to set up unique engagements and tasks.
