BigTime helpful
BigTime has many helpful features that help monitor and ensure staff productivity. As a business analyst it gives us flexibility with quick and easy access from any browser. This means we can use the software anytime, anywhere. This is the best project management software as well.

What do you like best about BigTime? The onboarding process was great! The support we received was wonderful; when we had questions in between scheduled meetings, the staff was always there to answer them in a very timely manner. The software is user friendly, and the mobile app is great for our field personnel.

What do you like best about BigTime? Big Time is a great improvement on our old Excel timesheet, for sure. Our staff are so much happier logging their time in Big Time. Ongoing customer service through their live chat system works very well, and help is quick and useful. I dealt with Top Y this week for several questions and he was friendly and knowledgable, and prompt to respond.

Great Expense Tracking Software
PROS: BigTime is a very userfriendly software, I like that I have the ability to track my team's time for invoicing as well as do my invoicing and send my invoices all from one place. Having the ability for all the time tracking, invoices, and payments all in one place is extremely helpful as well as being able to access remotely at anytime was a plus. BigTime is easy for employees to record their time and it gives managers the ability to track the time their employees spend on each projects.

What do you like best about BigTime? The ease of synchronization with QuickBooks Online now is so much better than it was before. The depth of the uses that the data can provide is fantastic.
