"BigTime is worth every penny!"

What do you like best about BigTime? I love that my employees actually enter the time cards on time now. They even do them as they are working and I can see their time early for certain jobs. The syncing with QB is seamless and super easy. Customer service is amazing.

"Onboarding 2, and process up to that point"

What do you like best about BigTime? I like the simplicity and directness of the time entry process. It allowed us to get all of our employees (which vary in technical literacy) up to speed and transition from a paper based time tracking process.

What do you like best about BigTime? Big time has helped transition us from hand written time sheets that need to be typed in, to computerized traceable time sheets that can even be entered on a mobile device. Big time (especially Brannon Hollingsworth) is super helpful with on boarding/ training sessions. He is great and never makes you feel like an idiot even with asking the same question a million times.

What do you like best about BigTime? After working in it for a few months things are becoming easier to enter and manipulate. I like that information can be sure easily with whoever you choose. The customer support is very helpful. On Boarding 2 with Brannon Hollingsworth was very help. Brannon seemed very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

What do you like best about BigTime? BigTime is very easy to use, for the most part, and allows us to efficiently combine our work hour data with billing data and invoicing. The account control has a nice design that makes it pleasant to use, which is important since we use it daily. To be accurate with our time reporting, we can activate timers that run while we work on a particular tasks and clients. What do you like best about BigTime? Timesheets, custom invoicing, reporting, customization ability, user support, friendliness of staff, great price. It is a great tool for the Civil Engineering industry as you can create custom labor categories specific to employees for invoicing purposes. Everything is hosted on the cloud which is really nice.
