What do you like best about BigTime? I've always had good experience with BigTime support help desk, but Joseph Almodovar delivered great customer service. He is by far the most communicative and responsible rep I have worked with at BigTime. I was impressed with the speed and attentiveness that he delivered during the remote session.

What do you like best about BigTime? The software is user friendly, i like navigating. Also the reports it provides are good I like how projects can be broken down into sub categories. It makes tracking better and the reporting which are available also provide a good breakdown by project.

"BigTime is worth every penny!"
What do you like best about BigTime? I love that my employees actually enter the time cards on time now. They even do them as they are working and I can see their time early for certain jobs. The syncing with QB is seamless and super easy. Customer service is amazing.
