What do you like best about BigTime? Time entry is pretty straightforward, and I like the overall look of the application. I liked viewing everything I've done during the week and getting an idea of where I'm putting in my effort.

What do you like best? The customer support has been fantastic so far. I'm new to BigTime and I am asking a lot of questions on chat. Someone is always available and they are personable and professional. Lina Z. and Kwame have been agents I have been in regular touch with and always get my issue resolved with humour and they are relaxed and friendly. It makes the learning curve much easier!

What do you like best about BigTime? Out company has been using BigTime since I started working here over 4 years ago. The first day I started, I was taught how to use it, and learned within a short 10 minutes. Since then, it has never let me or our company down to submit our timesheets in an orderly fashion. "A little difficult to get set up, but worth the trouble!"
What do you like best? The online platform has an incredibly user-friendly interface for time entry. The staff likes how easy it is to enter time and add notes. Our managers also like how easy it is to create different user rights as they develop their project managers. The platform has a wonderful capability of tracking and managing workflow. This is an incredibly robust program!
