PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Their customer service is incredible. Brannon Hollingsworth, one of BigTime’s customer service reps, has been my favorite staff. He is helping and guiding my team whenever we have concerns with the software. He is responsive, communicative, and fast when we need his assistance.

I had Sylvia G who helped me with my question and was helpful in finding a resolution. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to troubleshoot and ensure I am able to find a resolution next time I log in to big time

What do you like best about BigTime? Time entry is pretty straightforward, and I like the overall look of the application. I liked viewing everything I've done during the week and getting an idea of where I'm putting in my effort.
