What do you like best about BigCommerce? I am in no way a website professional so I love that the platform is so easy to use and if I have questions the customer service is always quick and very helpful! Zero complaints.

One of the best e-commerce platform that I have worked with in terms of functionality and features.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I consider BigCommerce as one of the most developed apps that are meant for e-commerce. As a first time user, I didn't have a hard time learning how to use it. It comes with a lot of tutorial videos and online forums that I can use whenever I need help. Their CS team has always been amazing and supportive, so I'm giving them credit for this application's success. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Shopping can be a ...

Very poor

Very poor. Been a customer for 7 years. Pay them around A$1000+ pm and our website turned off for maintenance. When we contacted them to find out more were advised payment didn’t go through. Credit card had expired and received no notification. Was told they were having internal problems with payment notification. Could have just called me. $10,0000+ per year and just a number
