What do you like best? When comparing Shopify and BigCommerce I use this analogy: Shopify is to Mac and BigCommerce is to Windows. As such if you need more horsepower or have a more custom job BigCommerce is fantastic. You also get more out of the box features than Shopify. Overall great experience

What do you like best? Easy of use. As fara as designing and settign up the website. What do you dislike? Shipping options very limited for large items and freight. This has always been a struggle for us with bigcommerce and there is only one provider for that. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our eCommerce platform. Getting our products online which in turn led to our sales online.

Easy to Use and Lots of App Integration

What do you like best? Great service for a low monthly fee. You can also use their templates to build your website. They allow you to upload your own as well. I like that they support payments to help with a e commerce store rather than just an informational website. What do you dislike? Could use some training in it. Has a ton of features but you need to have a strong tech team to implement properly.

What do you like best? There are tons of features that are able to be used in BigCommerce, but only if you have the right implementation team. What do you dislike? We opted for their Standard plan but were in for a rude shock.

We opted for their Standard plan because we didn't need all the other bells and whistles but we did need a FILTERED SEARCH. So I clicked on Filter only to find 'Product filtering is available exclusively on our Enterprise and Pro plans'. So my monthly would go from $29.95 to $249.95 Ridiculous!! They can stick it where the sun doesn't shine.Sure glad I was just on their trial.
