We have been using it and their service is bad and not working. We tried to ask for refund and they keep ignore....will not recommend.

Stay away from Bigbangram

I have paid for 30 days as in trial periode everything was working fine. BUT, after i paid, it just not working anymore! Contacted support and everything they do is trying to push me to another automation tool called Ingramer, that has already a lot of bad reviews! They say that instagram is not stable and looks like they'r algorithm is not working anymore with instagram. Got a refund via dispute process on Paypal.

Bigbangram is a scam. Stay away from it!

After more than 24 hours trying to ask for help from the Bigbangram support team, they still give no response at all, AT ALL. Finally, I decided to stop all activities. I also asked for refund for proxies I bought for less than 12 hours, which did not work. Liking feature does not work. Proxies do not work. Customer support is hardly responsive. And so far I have lost 19s dollars for nothing. I have 19s dollars in their internal balance, but they keep silent so far when I ask for ...

Usually, I do not leave any reviews on goods and services but BB is another story. Great set of functions, really useful ones, the results of its performance are impressive- thousands of new fans on my IG. I get around 20 comments under each of my posts.

Secret weapon

The results are at their best! Fast and effective tool, attract only real profiles and as I noticed very safe. It takes into account all the IG limits and that’s why I have not noticed any acc blocks. By the way, no one has asked me how I got so many followers, that means that the tool is working like a charm.

My time-saver

If you do not want to waste your time on this routine of promotion work like liking, following, etc. use the tool, it’s would be much faster and more effectively. I’ve been using it for almost 3 months already, and all I received is a nice audience and no bans from Instagram’s side.
