Do not order anything from Faux Fur…
Do not order anything from Faux Fur Source. The orders do not arrive and there is no way of contacting them. Seriously out of pocket thanks to these guys.

Fauxfursource. Cheap rubbish from China
I bought a gilet and a jacket from faux fur source on Instagram. The gilet was cheap- looking not at all like the photo advertised and the jacket was light grey when I ordered dark grey. I will never use this company again. Cheap rubbish. They were Christmas presents

lost £50 to a SCAM!!
spent over £50 on a coat, never arrived and continuesly asked for refund, had no response. would not recommend this to anyone

Scam ? Ordered sth with no reply at all
I recently ordered something on airmax-97.comand it seems a scam. waited for 3 weeks. nil update on the order. customer service is a contact with email ending with "gmail.com". They actually advertise themselves on IG. The website below uses Big Cartel as host. airmax-97.com/

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! I brought something in August and never received my order and on October 28th they finally emailed me saying I would get a refund in 10-14 business days yet it’s November 21 and still not clothes no refund and I’ve been contacting them nonstop and no response. This is a scam and I lost 75$ for nothing.

Weird company ran by a far left Marxist!
This company is straight up odd! It charges over the top prices for a basic service with limited functionality! You can only add 500 products in their max plan which used to only allow 300, their apps are basic and the fact they say they are for small businesses is a joke seeing as they charge so much!Also upon research I have discovered the ceo is a far left Marxist who believes police should be defunded and only black lives matter!

Horrible you cannot reach anyone no phone number I could not even google my shop I paid for it is imbarrising to not be able to send my customers to a so called shop I closed it the same day I want all my money back

Jeez, I've been reading the reviews here on Trustpilot about Big Cartel and none of them are actually about the actual platform, these complaints are about companies that use Big cartel as a web host. I've been with Big cartel for 6 years and I think they are great for a small startup business and someone who isn't very tech-savvy but still wants to create a website. They make it very easy for anyone even if you don't have any experience to create a website and I always loved the fact that ...
