What do you like best about BetterCloud? The ability to roll out configurations, and standardize signatures and email filters across all of the business accounts is a truly remarkable time saver. The health and insight center is also an invaluable tool that can alert you to misconfigurations on the domain that could possibly lead to security disruptions.

All actions or alerts are predefined, so there is no additional configuration or mapping that you need to do to get an integration working. Everything pretty much works "out of the box". Our homeschool department gained more than 600 students last year, and being able to provide a spreadsheet to the registrar, have her quickly populate it with student information, and then import it with a click made our lives a dream and saved us a nightmare. BetterCloud simplifies my role as a G-suite administrator, allowing me to create custom, advanced automation, (through the use of Workflows), to reduce admin overhead and remove human mistakes from processes. This is crucial during the user onboarding/leaving process.

What do you like best about BetterCloud? BetterCloud is awesome and I would recommend any IT infrastructure to use BetterCloud! We use it to automate most of our on-boarding and off-boarding tasks with our applications like Google, which is extremely helpful since we are on-boarding an average 30+ users every 2 weeks. I previously worked at a startup and wished I had BetterCloud there because it would have made my life so much easier.
