What do you like best about BetterCloud? The most helpful aspect of Bettercloud so far is the one on one support I receive. It is easy to purchase and implement software in an environment and leave, but continued LIVE support is quite the rarity. Literally every single time we, as a company had a question of any type, the bettercloud live chat support system has fully tackled it with me in a one on one environment. What do you like best about BetterCloud? Connecting to the pre buld integreations is a breez and you can get going fast building your integrations. Workflow automation have save us a ton of time and taken away repetative tasks.

What do you like best about BetterCloud? I like the functionality of Bettercloud whether that is using g.bettercloud or app.bettercloud which has a newer looking interface. They both have their best uses for what I'm doing but there is a lot I haven't done or had the chance to see in Bettercloud.

What do you like best about BetterCloud? I like that I can create users in bulk, and after that, I have tools that help to keep clean information and well organized. We can set up email signatures and deploy them to a different set of groups, and add automation for off-boarding.

What do you like best about BetterCloud? I love how easy it is to create automated workflows to streamline onboarding and offboarding better. We're able to use integrations with Google, Slack, Zoom etc to really make our environment zero-touch.

What do you like best about BetterCloud? The ability to manage saas apps. It allows you to grant admin abilities without delegating super admin out. The ability to create workflows based on triggers is also a plus.
