What do you like best about BetterCloud? User life cycle management, user provisioning and de-provisioning, SSO, on-boarding, off-boarding, Zero trust, automated workflows

"Too limited and too many caveats"

What do you like best about BetterCloud? It can be used to create some Data Loss Prevention workflows that you can create and use to prevent data loss. Everything else is a caveat and then ultimately a dislike.

What do you like best about BetterCloud? Being able to create workflows that automate tasks that aren't available in Workspace natively. What do you dislike about BetterCloud?

What do you like best about BetterCloud? I like the simplicity of how you can make the workflows. Even with the additional help from the guided ones. The GUI is very easy to navigate. I like the dashboard features which give you a very high-level view of any issues within all the integrations and which allow you to drill down and identify the exact issues.

What do you like best about BetterCloud? BetterCloud makes many cloud services, such as Google Workspace, actually usable by greatly expanding the capabilities of the cloud services.

BetterCloud has been great at helping us ease the burden on the helpdesk by automating and removing the risk of errors by having set up onboard and offboarding workflows. It has also saved us hours of manual work by adding users into correct groups and slack channels.
