The team doesn't ask enough questions about documents uploaded...
I sometimes question the numbers that the team comes up with as it never seems to match what I have. I worry about being audited someday and trying to make sense of their inputs. I guess it's because my documents provided are maybe not explained well enough. I will add that they do take the time to go through your concerns and get them addressed.

I REALLY enjoy my experience and work…
I REALLY enjoy my experience and work with Bench, I just wish they could stay connected to my banking platforms so I didn't have to upload them myself. That was supposed to be part of the ease of using Bench. That being said, I otherwise have nothing but good experiences and good results from working with Bench.

Not signing up again.
The start-up process was great. However, the monthly product and communication fell short of expectations. Once understanding better what they do I could have done the service on my own. I will not be signing up for another year.

Bench has been great for my business
Bench has been great for my business - takes a burden off my mind and the people are very personable and responsive. In the age of eternal chat bots, it's refreshing to know that if there are any issues you can speak to a human being assigned to handle your company. Platform is easy to use too.
